One to one support and counselling can help you to:

Our Health Mentors will work with you to develop an individualised care plan which will include one to one support and possibly counselling if that is what you need.

They will help you to question the way you look at things, the way you behave, react to situations or people and assist you to understand the choices you have. They will help you to develop an understanding of your circumstances, listen to what you have to say and facilitate you to make decisions about your life.  They will help you address your problems and retain you employment.
